OLLA PAYMENT PLANS
Olla Payment Plan allows you to spread the costs of your purchases over 6 weeks with a small deposit of 30% (This excludes sale items, we do not accept payment plans on any sale items. Please note there is a minimum spend of £60 in order to use a payment plan.
How It Works:
•Select your products and add them to your cart.
•When you’re ready to checkout, head to your cart to view your products.
•In your cart enter voucher code “payment plan” this will make your total the deposit due to be paid to start your plan
•Once the deposit is paid a paypal invoice will be sent via email with the remaining balance to allow you to make payments over the next 6 weeks
•All orders will be dispatched once paid in full.
Terms & Conditions
All customers have 6 weeks to pay off their plans. If we are not notified regarding an extension of your plan (if needed) via mailto:sales@ollachildrenswear.co.uk all orders will be canceled & deposits & payments will be lost that are non refundable, once a payment plan is started you are purchasing the items at a fixed price, if any offers or discounts are applied to the items in the near future your purchase would be exempt from the promotional offer price.
Exchanges, refunds & cancellations on payment plans
Please Note we DO NOT refund on any payment plan orders. We are happy to exchange an item once receiving your goods within 7 days.
Once taking out a plan you are committing to your order, we do not accept any cancellations or transfers of deposits on other goods. If you do wish to cancel your items, your non-refundable deposit will be lost.
